Great for beginners and veterans alike This book increased my knowledge tremendously. It is easy to understand, offers many ideas, and a realistic framework for incorporating plant-based meals. I feel great and enjoy the food! Love love love!BUT the true story is my husband. He had boardline high blood pressure and was on cholesterol medication. He also suffered from severe digestive issues. Once he followed 22 days and now Greenprint he is no longer on medication and all his numbers are normal. My kids enjoy our family meals. The recipes are easy to follow a plant based diet.
